Abstract

Abstract-Recently,sterilization,surface treatment,etc. are attracting attention as new applied uses of flash lamps. However, conventional Xe flash lamps emit light having spectra close to those of sunbeams.We examined high pressure -ization of enclosing gas as the method of ultraviolet rays increase.Also, the improvement of ultraviolet rays radiation quantity was able to confirm by being lighted the lamp with high current density.
