Current Contents on Diskette began to be used in the personal computer NEC PC-98 series from Sept. 1989. We are now in the midst of an investigation concerning this subject.
Data downloaded from Current Contents on Diskette is intended to be transferred to cardmenu type database software.
The example of constructing a private database on a particular subject using the cardmenu type database soft-package “The CARD 3” (ASCII Corp.) for personal computer NEC PC-9801 RA 2 in the Library of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Teikyo University is introduced.
