We have constructed an Interlibrary Loan Request System via WWW in the Tokyo Dental College Library. There were two objectives: First, to enable users to request required articles quickly after database searching. Second, to spare the library staff work created by the previous application forms. In this report, I describe some aspects of the construction of the system and the system environment.
