Abstract

A case of right atrial myxoma with mimicking symptoms and signs of constrictive pericarditis is reported. The presence of a prolapsing right atrial tumor was easily recognized in the right ventricle during diastole by a routine echocardiography and it was confirmed by cineangiography and operation.
