Abstract
Projection Mapping (PJM) is a technique for displaying visuals such as computer graphics onto surface of an object using projectors. This study proposes a new exhibition method of cultural heritage using PJM onto it to let audiences learn its historical information more e?ectively. In detail, audio-visual images of historical information have been projected onto“ Baidarka ”, an animal-skin boat by Aleut. According to the results of behavior and questionnaire survey of audiences, this PJM method is found to be useful to enhance interests and understanding of audiences on the cultural heritage. Additionally, we were able to con?rm the necessity to reconsider some contents of this study based on the questionnaire results.
