Abstract

This paper adopts a hybrid approach to find investment strategies. The simulating results show that our approach can generate annualized return rates from 37.08% to 59% which is better than that (12.7%) of TAIEX Index (Taiwan Stock Exchange Capitalization Weighted Stock Index). In our approach, the investment risks and the expected return rates can be adjusted.
