Abstract
Given the increase in the number of medical accidents in recent years, we have decided to establish an accident prevention and warning system. The system is designed to point out the lack of confirmation and attention, and false assumptions on the part of nurses in order to decrease the rate of accidents or prevent these elements from leading directly to the occurrence of accidents. Nursing accidents occur when the factors causing accidents and the probability of the occurrence of accidents co-exist under certain conditions. We believe that analyzing nursing accidents and registering results within a formal system can be used to issue effective warnings to prevent nursing accidents. For this reason, we conducted our studies to establish analytical methods for examining nursing accidents, and attempted to implement an accident prevention and warning system utilizing the "Web Diary System, " a dynamic knowledge accumulation system.
