The authors studied on the quick annealing black heart malleable cast iron. The outline of the experiment is as fallows :－
1) Range of white cast iron. 2) Effects of melting temperature.
3) Effects of graphitization velocity. 4) Change of micro structure at heating.
5) Determination of time which graphitized perfectly.
6) Determination of some conditions and range of quick annealing on making of black heart malleable cast iron.
