Counter pressure casting process is the casting method casted under the atmospheric pressure around the mold. It was developed in Bulgaria of east Europe more than thirty years ago. It has some good points, but is not always valued, and so its application has been limited. This report says about the technical outlines and characteristics of counter pressure casting process informed by the literatures and the new aluminum casting technology that we developed by solving many troubles of the process.
