Abstract
The authors observed 154 inpatients with paedonephritis at the Pediatric Department of the Kyoto National Hospital during 1951-1958.
The clinical findings enabled the patients to be divided into 3 groups. 1st group: 114 patients with acute glomerulonephritis. 2nd group: 27 patients with subacute glomerulonephritis. 3rd group:13 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis and the nephrotic syndrome. They were treated by our standard therapeutic procedures.
From this standpoint we are inclined to believe that the clinical difference of the patients respectively and we found the necessity of having more extensive studied in the theater on predisposition of paedonephritis.
