Abstract
The author describes on the clinical, bacteriological, immunological and histological findings of four cases of the borderline group of leprosy, which is situated between the two main polar types (tuberculoid and lepromatous) of leprosy.
The four cases concerned are identified as those of the borderline group according to the mixed features of the finding seen in each polar type, although, histologically, it is recognized that more tuberculoid pictures are seen than lepromatous in the wide spectrum of borderline group of leprosy.
