Abstract
Studying on the bacterial injections of urolithiasis and especially those after the lithotomy, gram positive coccen, such as staphylococcus, treptococcus, were demonstrated to be common.
After lithotomy the organisms found most commonly were gram negative bacillen, but E. coli rarely. The strains that caused on the infections after operations were sensitive for kanamycin, colistin and erythromycin, but non-sensitive for the other antibiotics. The species infected before the operations was realy found after the operations. Especially after the operation of urolithiasis we must take care for the urinary infection of gram negative bacillen.
