Abstract
The our ileocecoplasty is the side to side anastomosis with caecum and terminal ileum, that is done together the ileocecal valvulotomy.
Fourty three cases who were operated by our ileocecoplasty, and the results of this operation were the most satisfactory for the ileocecalgia and chronic constipation, which were caused by the colon of right side, i. e. megacaecum, megaascendens and caecum mobile.
