Abstract
The differential diagnosis of isolated cavity shadow in the lung field is difficult. Either tuberculosis or tumor is suspected.
Especially, if reliable information was not given by tomography, bronchography and bronchoscopy, it would be difficult to diagnose the lung cancer. In such case, observation of progress, biopsy and other examinations are neccessary.
