I propose herein to report a case of subacute glomerulonephritis confirmly suggested a collagen disease because of its various findings. While under observation the patient had a acute renal insufficiency with the typical E. K. G. of a hyperkalemia. Though temporarily he was improved by a peritoneal dialysis, the patients was complicated by the development of bronchopneumonia and died.
