Abstract
A 52-yrs-old lady was admitted with c. c. of lower back aching & difficulty of walking. X-ray of thoracic spine showed spondylosis deformans and the myelography did not show any abnormality. A laminectomy was carried out without effect. Repeated myelography pointed out saddle-shaped shadow suggested mass lesion at the thoracic region at this time. This mass was disclosed as psammomatous meningioma after a resection. The post-operative course was favourable.
