Abstract
A 28-years-old woman with a large solid tumor occupying majority part of the right half of maxilla received partial resection of the maxilla. The histological feature showed central giant cell tumor. Clinical and histological differential diagnosis of neoplasm of this lesion and giant cell reparative granuloma was discussed.
