Abstract
We encountered 43 cases of SLE diagnosed on the basis of ARA classification. We studied the variation among them of initial symptom, clinical features and laboratory data at the time of initial diagnosis, remission, exacerbation and prior to death.
We reported 10 cases considered to be pre-SLE and results of the family study on 2-SLE cases which developed in the single family.
It was tried to evaluate the effects of steroid hormone on ANF, albuminuria, fever and ESR.
