Abstract
In the durg-allergy there are many kinds of allergic type, i. e., shock type, urticarial type, fever type, exfoliative dermatitis, hepatitis and so on. Besides we experienced very rarely the drug-induced erythematous type.
In the some cases of drug-allergy Coombs' test of drug coupling red cells became to be positive and in one case of Brovalin urticaria we could not find out the G-6-P·D in Brovalin coupling red cells. That is, there may be two kinds of drug allergic type and one became to be positive Coombs' test and another became to be defect G-6-P·D.
Here we described some cases of erythematodes-like type without LE positive, druginduced AIHA and toxic dermatitis with hepatitis revealed positive Coombs' test. We think that there may be some possibility in such a case to induce AIHA.
