Abstract
Rare cases of peripheral artery aneurysms are reported in this paper.
Case 1. A 75-year-old male patient had an aneurysm in the right common iliac artery combined with arteriovenous fistula, probably due to the rupture of the aneurysm itself. It was reconstructed with Dacron graft.
Case 2. A 50-year-old male patient had been treated as Buerger's disese for 15 years, and undergone bilateral lumbar sympathectomy. The diagnosis was left popliteal aneurysm arising from Buerger's disease. Reconstruction was performed using his saphenous vein.
Case 3. An 87-year-old male patient had an aneurysm in the left arteria profunda f emoris, 2 months after he got a contusion on the left femoral region. He underwent aneurysmectomy, a ligation of left arteria profunda femoris, and a thrombolectomy of the superficial femoral artery.
