Abstract
The patient was a seven-year-old girl, diagnosed as common, acute lymphocytic leukemia, intermediate risk the at age of four. She received preconditioning with MCVAC regimen and peripheral blood stem cell autotransplantation at the 1st complete remission, however, relapsed 10 months later. She received preconditioning with small Bu-Cy regimen and allogenic bone marrow transplantation from her HLA-identical sibling at the 2nd complete remission, however, relapsed 6 months later. She has achieved the 3rd complete remission at present. We discussed a selection of the treatments and a classification of acute lymphocytic leukemia of the childhood.
