Abstract
A rare case of leiomyoma uteri in 19-year-old girl is presented. The patient noticed abdominal distension and left low back pain. The ultrasonography and MRI revealed a lower abdominal solid tumor, and this tumor was diagnosed as leiomyoma uteri. This tumor caused left hydronephrosis, and was successfully removed by myomectomy. The weight of the leiomyoma node was 1, 110g.
