Abstract
[Purpose] We thought that the turning back motion accompanying the spike of volleyball influenced the jump height. In this research, it is clarified the specificity of the stepping motion accompanying the turning back operation by comparing the jumping height of the stepping jump with the vertical jump, the stepping jump, the turning back motion, and whether it can be made a performance evaluation specialized for volleyball It aimed to examine. [Results] The average jump height of the jump was 42.1 ± 4.2 cm in vertical jump, 46.5 ± 3.9 cm in depression jump and 43.4 ± 3.6 cm in depression jump with turning back motion. [Conclusion] The turning back action affects the jumping height of the jump and thinks that it can be done by adding a turning back action in order to evaluate the performance of the attacker.
