Abstract
[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to clarify the relationship between work performance and health‐related quality of life of the elderly living in the community.[Subjects and Methods] The subjects were 101(12 males and 89 females) who participated in the primary prevention project.The survey items were age, gender, OSA‐SF, MoCA‐J, and SF‐8 (body area / mental area). [Results] Physical health‐related QOL was associated with ”exercising one's abilities well”, and mental health‐related QOL was associated with ”jumping toward a goal”.[ Conclusion] For care prevention, it is important to provide support that encourages people to demonstrate their abilities and goals.
