Abstract

Explaining the teleworking situation of society and companies polarized in Japan from the data transmitted from various parts of Japan about the teleworking efforts in peacetime in Japan, the teleworking situation during the state of emergency and after the cancellation from December 2020 to do. Then, Konica Minolta Japan, which has been actively engaged in telework since the before corona era, describes the purpose and execution system of telework implementation, the concrete contents at the time of full-scale operation from the initial state of introduction, and the problems that occurred. In addition, we will explain the practical contents of teleworking in with corona in response to the new coronavirus infection, including the awareness of the employees involved and the results of a survey on work productivity in a teleworking environment. In addition, we will explain the trials of new work styles for the new normal era and the efforts of work styles in the face of diverse environments.
