Abstract
Living bodies show a peculiar reaction to a stimulus for body maintenance. In this study, a sound stimulus (music), a light stimulus (periodic flashing light), and a smell stimulus (perfume) were selected as stimuli to be given, and the wrist radial pulse waveform was measured with an acceleration pulse wave measuring instrument. The time variations of the pulse waveform were examined by wavelet analysis. Because individuality has a large influence, changes are not uniform for individual subjects. However, it was possible to consider the characteristics of the changes brought by stimulation.
