Abstract
The effects of laughter include (1) physiological effects (stress relieving effect, anti-inflammatory effect, analgesic effect, anticancer effect, etc.), (2) psychological effects (effect of change of mood, relaxation of tension, catharsis effect), (3) social effects (reducing the distance of human beings, promoting social interaction, cohesiveness of the group, strengthening fellow awareness) have been raised 1). Norman Cousins was reported in 1964 as an intractable disease of ankylosing spondylitis, laughing for 10 minutes leads to painless sleeping for 2 hours or more and the utility of social reintegration laughter which has overcome intractable disease has been reported. Consider also the correlation between stress relief effect on mind and body and sleep to alleviate stress by Laughter yoga which Dr. Kataria invented.
