Abstract
40's women. In her 20's, she suffered from neurogenic diabetes insipidus and continued treatment with desmopressin nasal drops. From several months ago, sleep attack began to appear with shivering immediately after meals. Core body temperature was measured for the purpose of cause search, and the relationship with the appearance time of sleep attack or sleepiness were investigated. As a result, the appearance of sleep attack or sleepiness are associated with a decrease in core body temperature, no sleepiness is observed when the lowest temperature during the day is 36.5 degrees or more, and the sleepiness itself appears in the temperature decrease phase below 36.5 degrees. Although the cause of this drop in core body temperature was not clear, it was clear that the drop in core body temperature might be involved in some type of the sleep attack or sleepiness.
