Extraction and estimation of the color sensitivity factors with two color combination

Abstract

We examine the construction factors of color sensitivity information which is perceived from two color combination. To examine the sensitivity factors, we perform the subjective experiment based on the SD method which is using 174 pairs of two color combination and 15 adjective pairs. By applying the factor analysis, 4 kinds of significant factors named "Evaluation", Activity", "Potency" and "Harmony" are obtained.
