A Consideration on Signal Charge Increase in the Photodides with VOD Structure.

Abstract

This paper analyzed charge storage process to increse the amount of signal charge in the very small cell. It was made clear that the small potential gradient, spreading from the p-well into the deep inside of the storage region, disturbs the large charge storage. A cell structure is proposed which bring about large signal charge.
