Abstract
We present a noise reduction adapter for DBS reception using a practical MSW signal-to-noise enhancer operated in the BS-IF band. The compact adapter (50×75×30mm^3) simultaneously achieved 2 to 7dB noise reduction of NTSC video signals for all channels in the BS-IF band.
