Abstract
At present, the small aperture antennas is used for broadcasting satelite. The carrier to noise ratio is used for the video reception quality evaluation. It is influenced by meteorological phenomena and in particular at the time of rainfall. While on the other hand the plane type antenna is influenced by night dew. The behavior of the variation of the CN ratio characteristics caused by propagation conditions has been studies.
