CIF Format Artificial Retina Chip with Multiple Weight Values

Abstract

We succeeded in fabricating a CIF format artificial retina chip, which realizes two dimensional filtering with multiple weight values. The weight computation is realized by mirror circuit, and the flexible access pattern to the pixel area realizes the flexible kernel size. These values are programmable by setting the registers.
