A Proposal for Electronic Program Guide using XML

Abstract

I have been examining a method of description of Electronic Program Guide using XML(Extensible Mark-up Language), which have capability of data exchange. In this paper, I propose PGML(Progran Guide Mark-up Language) based on XML, and indicate that how describe Program Guide using PGML, and how it works effectively.
