Abstract
We have been pursuing research into integrated information receiving terminals for visually impaired persons and with both visual and hearing impairments. In order to facilitate access to multimedia news and emergency disaster reports anytime and anywhere, we have been developed a prototype wearable Braille transmission and reception system designed so that the six Braille points can be sensed and typed with six fingers.
