Abstract

A gain control amplifier with balancing for CCD image sensors is presented. The proposed analog white balancing allows us to achieve higher SNR in the amplified image sufficient gain precision is 10 bit and low power dissipation. The power consumption is estimated to be 110mW at supply voltage is 3.3V and 20MHz pixel rate.
