11-5 Design of Multiresolution Image Sensor

Abstract

In this paper, we propose a new image sensor which is able to control a resolution of sensor effectively. We designed layout of the prototype which can output averaged pixel values in each block. We fabricated a prototype multiresolution sensor in a 0.8μm CMOS technology and will examine the prototype chip.
