抄録

Red-emitting strontium titanate phosphors activated with praseodymium and aluminium (SrTiO_3:Pr,Al) were synthesized by sol-gel method. Dependence of structural and luminescent properties of the phosphor on Al contents was investigated. PL intensity and color purity of the red emission were improved with increasing Al contents. The optimum Al contents was around 30mol%.
