Abstract
We estimated the potential difference and luminous efficiency of a positive column region in a positive column PDP from a static discharge characteristic of 3-electrodes PDP cell. As a result, its potential difference is under 18% in the whole potential; luminous efficiency is 8 times larger than a negative glow region.
