A new digital broadcasting service via Broadcasting Satellite (BS) including HDTV programs and multimedia data services is to be launched in December 2000. This paper describes the system configuration and applications of SI/EPG Server. This is designed for hight reliability, making the provision of real-time, flexible services possible.
