Data broadcasting services which use the event message for transmitting dynamic link information is studied. It is clarified that event message reception and processing time using BS digital receiver is approximately 0.10-0.17 seconds. By means of analyzing TV program scenes, proper human interfaces for the proposed services are also discussed.
