We are currently developing Digital STL equipments which input/output by transport stream (TS), in Digital Terrestrial Television Broadcasting (DTTB). This paper describes measurement of result that phase noise characteristic three type's oscillator have an influence on carrier versus noise ratio (C/N) and bit error rate (BER)
