The stomach disease appear near edge of stomach region as a small ruggedness. Therefore, it is preferable to be able to quantitative expression the stomach contour. In this paper, the method which expression of the stomach contour using P Fourier descriptor is proposed. Lastly effectiveness of the method is examined.
