Abstract
This paper proposes a new method for linking TV with World Wide Web to search for the related with the TV programs. The TV program is used as referential information between Editors and Browsers for the documents. This technology can be introduced easily because the existing PCs with TV receiving capability are available as its platform and there is no need for modifying the TV programs or signals on the air.
