25-4 Design of adaptive-integration time image sensor for wide dynamic range

Abstract

In this paper, we propose the method to expand the dynamic range by performing saturation detection and optimizing integration time of every pixels. We design the adaptive-integration time image sensor in which circuits of controlling integration time and the real time reconstruction are integrated.
