Abstract
In this paper, A CMOS image sensor with two sensing planes for three dimensional measurement is presented. Two imager array has respectively 16-channel parallel readout scheme and the 16-channel outputs of image sensor are converted bit serial digital signals for suitable data format to prosessor of dimentional measurement using 16-channel A/D converter on a chip. This image sensor implemented based on triple-metal double-polysilicon 0.6-um CMOS technology.
