25-13 64x32 pixels A/D conversion image sensor

Abstract

In this paper, we propose a new method of 8bit Analog to Digital Converter (ADC) on an image sensor using integration time information. We have fabricated a second prototype using CMOS 0.8 μm process. We describe the circuit and layout design of the prototype.
