6-1 A Control Method of Parameters for SVFTP Adjustable to Variable Network Environments

Abstract

This paper proposes a method which optimizes throughput by controlling TCP connection numbers in consideration of protocol processing burden under environments where IP packet loss is variable. The result of the experiment shows that the protocol burden can be controlled within a target range and throughput can be improved.
