Abstract

The diffraction efficiencies at the various angle of the reference beam as a function of the beam width are calculated using two-dimensional finite-difference time-domain method. The calculation results show that the diffraction efficiencies at the null points in the angular selectivity are closely connected with the beam width, and are similar to the experimental results.
