NTV developed reception condition measuring equipment for digital terrestrial television. In this system it is able to measure the long term fluctuation of the conditions such as receiving power, carrier to noise ratio, bit error rate and so on and logged in the system. In addition to measure the condition it has video and audio monitors. It also has remote monitoring system to send the reception condition data from remote site connected with telecommunication system and can be used for monitoring the remote area such as relay stations.
